What does 2020 hold for you?
I believe that you’re the architect of your past, present and future and that you can get to where you want to go personally, professionally, and from a health aspect by embracing and following a plan, by being structured, by creating ideas and following through on them.
Ok that is all well and good in theory, but how do we go about this?
It starts with change.
If you change your beliefs about what you are capable of doing you will achieve a lot of what you would like to do…
Once you change your beliefs, the road you are currently on will change also.
If you truly believe that you can have the health, body, mindset, wealth, whatever it is, that you want and you decide that you will have it - you’ve overcome the biggest obstacles that have stood in your way.
Decide what your healthiest lifestyle looks like. Get clear about what you believe is involved in this.
What do you want to be proud of? As well as impacting yourself how will it impact others around you?
You’re capable of having a more profound impact on everyone around you, more than you have probably ever imagined.
I honestly believe that you can only reach the potential that you have inside if you focus on being the best version of yourself…not some watered down version of someone else that you follow on social.
Be a leader. Be that at home, at work, on your sports team, amongst your friends. Whatever your situation holds.
I would encourage you to believe in yourself and you commit to being the best version of you. For progress make things simpler. Still hard…but simpler.
And simpler is the next part of the plan.
From here you need to decide the outcomes you want as part of you being healthier.
Focus on 2-3 priorities, as an example for a healthier you:
get 3 training sessions per week
hit 12,000 steps per day
get 7 hours sleep each night
Rather than get caught up n the noise of health and fitness I would encourage you to focus on fewer things better and consistently.
You have to take responsibility for doing this - each and every day. Extreme ownership.
The outcomes? You positively influence and impact everyone around through your leading example…Could there be a better outcome?
NOW MAKE 2020 YOUR YEAR
